Switching Property Managers

Switching is easier than most landlords expect

If you're not hearing from your property manager, not getting proactive rent reviews, or just feel like you're being ignored — you're not alone, and it's straightforward to change.

Sound Familiar?

The reasons landlords come to us

You don't have to be dealing with a crisis to switch. Landlords typically come to us because of small, persistent frustrations that had been going on too long. If any of these sound familiar, it's probably worth a conversation.

You haven't heard from your manager in months — and when you do reach out, it takes days to get a reply.

Your rent hasn't been reviewed in over a year, even though the Gold Coast market has moved significantly.

Maintenance jobs drag on — you find out things are unresolved weeks later, or not at all.

You deal with a different person every time — no continuity, no one who actually knows your property.

You feel like a number — your property is one of hundreds and it shows in the level of service.

How It Works

Four steps, then you're done

The whole process typically takes around 30 days. You sign one form — we handle everything else.

01
15 minutes

A quick chat

Tell us about your property and what's not working. No pressure — just a conversation. We'll also give you a free market appraisal so you know exactly where your rent sits today.

02
One form from you

We handle the paperwork

You sign a management authority (Form 6) with us. We prepare your termination notice to your current agent and manage all document transfers. You don't have to make any awkward calls.

03
Zero disruption

Tenants are notified

We write to your tenants professionally to introduce ourselves and collect keys and tenancy documents. Their existing lease terms don't change — they simply have a new point of contact.

04
Day one

Better management starts

We schedule a property inspection, assess your rent against current market data, and set you up in our owner portal. From day one you'll notice the difference.
